Dear Guardians of Class Nursery-II in 2021 to Class X in 2021
You are well aware of the fact that, the school management, vide their notice dated 8th November, 2020, offered the guardians the waiver scheme as formulated by the school keeping in view the implementation of the order dated October 13, 2020 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta in W.P.A. 9580 of 2020. The last date for availing such waiver scheme was fixed as 30th November, 2020 by the school authority in terms of the Hon’ble Court Order. On scrutiny of the records, it appears that, major part of the guardians did not choose the waiver scheme rather stood beside the management. It is needless to mention here that, these gesture of these guardians has found praise from the school management and also from the teachers and staff members and other associated persons.
The fees for the month of January, 2021 are as follows :-

The guardians who have availed the benefit of waiver/reduction of fees as offered by the school management vide their notice dated 8th November, 2020 before 30th November, 2020 and also cleared up their fees till December, 2020 shall pay the modified fee structure for the month of January, 2021, through Demand Draft only at the reduced rate as specified herein below positively within 31st January, 2021. Please note that, no other mode of payment shall be accepted by the school authority.

Guardians who stood beside the school at the moment of crisis may apply for this reduction in fees for the month of January, 2021 and submit the same to the respective school office within 15th JANUARY, 2021, mentioning their e-mail ID, along with necessary documents. The school, upon scrutiny of the applications, will communicate within 25th January, 2021.
IMPORTANT:-
- Those who do not want to avail the waiver scheme can make the payment through Cheque / DD/ Online / POS (Pay via Debit / Credit Card). No payment shall be accepted if payment has been made through any other mode.
- Those who want to avail the waiver scheme can make the payment only through DD.
- Payment shall be made at the respective school counter on and from 4th January, 2021.
- After 31st January, 2021, no waiver/reduced scheme payment shall be accepted for the month of January, 2021.
- Those who want to avail the waiver/reduce scheme benefit only on January, 2021 shall not be entitled to get any retrospective benefit of waiver/reduce scheme announced in the month of November, 2020 in terms of the Hon’ble Court’s Order.
- Late Fine of @ Rs. 200 per month shall be applicable if any guardian fail to make payment of the school fees before 31st January, 2021.
Payment of school fees shall be accepted only at the school office as specified herein below in the following manner:-
