In continuation of our notice dated 8th November, 2020 regarding implementation of the order dated October 13, 2020 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta in W.P.A. 9580 of 2020 in connection with the waiver / reduction in school fees. The last date for remittance of school fees has been fixed 30th November, 2020 by the school authority in terms of the Hon’ble Court order. Be it mentioned here that , the school has also specified the same date i.e. 30th November, 2020 for parents to make payment of fees at reduced rate in order to obtain the benefit of fee waiver / reduction as provided / directed by the aforementioned order . 

We are really overwhelmed with the response that, apart from a handful of guardians, all the guardians have agreed and/or shown their intention to stand alongside the school authority for running the school smoothly by not opting for the benefit of waiver / reduction of fees as provided / directed by the aforementioned order. These gestures of the guardians have found praise from the school management and also from the teachers and staff members and other associated persons. You have really helped us to overcome all adverse situations that have come up during these dogged times.  

Guardians who have availed the benefit of  waiver / reduction of fees as provided / directed by the aforementioned order should pay the modified fee structure for the month of December, 2020, though Demand Draft / Pay order only at the reduced rate as specified in our earlier notice dated 8th November, 2020 positively within 15th December, 2020 .  Please note that, no other mode of payment will be accepted by the school authority under any circumstances. 

Guardians who have shown the gesture of standing alongside the school management by not availing the waiver may  pay the fees for December, 2020 by  Cheque / Demand Draft /Card / Online mode of payment within 15th December, 2020 .

Payment of school fees will be accepted only at the school office as specified herein below in the following manner:-

Primary School:- 2/1 , Gobindapur Road , Kolkata – 700045 (10am – 2pm)

High School:- 24 , Kabir Road , Kolkata – 700026 (10am – 2pm)

All the guardians are hereby requested to make the payment of school fees positively by 15th December , 2020 to enable the school management to prepare the report card .
